MICHEL SULEIMAN IN TURKEY

President Abdullah Gül received at the Çankaya presidential palace Lebanon's President Michel Suleiman who arrived in Turkey for a one-day working visit.

The main subject discussed at the meeting, where Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu was also in attendance was Syria.

The latest developments in Syria were taken up.

Suleiman who first had a bilateral talk with President Gül later had a working lunch with Davutoğlu also joining them.

Suleiman will also meet Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
