Regarding a Monday-night bomb attack, which killed at least nine people in Turkish city Gaziantep, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan released a message of condolence.

Prime Minister Erdoğan said, "Terrorist acts targeting our brotherhood, peace and national unity are, sooner or later, condemned to melt away and will surely be before the determination and faith of our glorious nation, and security forces."

In his written message, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said on Tuesday that he was deeply sad over the death of nine people who were the victims of the deadly blast in Gaziantep on Monday.

Erdoğan also expressed his sorrow for the death of nine Turkish soldiers and one village guard who were killed when a bus carrying them was involved in a road accident in southeastern city Şırnak.

"The deplorable act of violence occurred on the second day of Holly Ramadan Festival showed us once more that terrorism has no hesitation in targeting civilians even children, and displayed its total disregard for the moral values of the our glorious nation.

Erdoğan added in his message, "I wish God's mercy to the families of people who lost their lives at both incidents and wish quick recovery to our wounded civilians. With taking support from the nation, Turkish government will keep fighting against terrorism without harming social peace and without leaving democracy and the superiority of legal system."
